- All major credit cards, including American Express, China Union Pay, Diners, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, VISA.
- Selected mobile payment methods, including Alipay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Wechatpay.

Please be informed that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

We invite you to verify at checkout the payment methods available at the time of your order. Please note that minimum and maximum amount limits may apply to certain payment methods.

Depending on the payment method, the order's amount may be charged as soon as the order is completed or a pre-authorization of payment may be required.

For payment methods requiring a pre-authorization, the amount of each item is only charged once the item has been prepared for shipment. Please however note that for all personalized items the payment is charged at checkout.
Moncler Online Store we guarantees the maximum security for all your purchases. We employ the most advanced encrypted services (SSL) and protected connections. You can see from the “HTTPS” URL prefix, and lock symbol that appears in the address bar of the browser.

Please make sure that the information inserted at checkout is correct. If the system still doesn't accept your order, please contact your bank as they may blocking the transaction. You may also contact us for additonal assistance.

At this time, we only accept one form of payment per order.
All prices include VAT. At this time we are unable to provide tax refunds for purchases made on Moncler.com.

Exceptionally, we can offer a VAT refund to non-EU residents who:
- purchase eligible products selecting the Pick Up In Store at checkout
- purchase eligible products with Click From Store in our boutiques

The service is currently offered in Austria, France, Germany, Italy and Spain.

Please note that the order must include only one article. In case you wish to purchase multiple articles and request the tax refund service, we invite you to make separate orders.
The tax refund service is offered to non-EU resident clients who purchase eligible products selecting the Pick Up In Store at checkout or purchasing the articles with Click From Store in our boutiques. The service is currently offered in Austria, France, Germany, Italy and Spain.

To request the service, offered in partnership with Global Blue, complete your order selecting the Pick Up In Store option and follow the steps detailed at checkout.

Once the order is completed, you will receive an email with a link to fill in the tax refund form within the day. The Client Advisors will verify your documents match the filled-in form, so please remember to bring your passport when you pick up the order in boutique.
Once confirmed all data provided is correct, the Client Advisors will provide you with the VAT refund document. Please note this document needs to be validated by the Customs Office.

If you wish to order in boutique through the Click from Store service, our Client Advisors will be happy to fill in the form on your behalf at the time of the order and provide you with the document when you pick the order up. In case you prefer to order through the Click From Store service in boutique, but receive your order at home, the filled-in document will be sent to you via email upon delivery.
Once you have the printed tax refund document, you will need to request validation from the Customs Office (your document needs to be stamped) before leaving the European Union.

Please note that the time limit to request the stamp may vary based on the country.

Once your document is validated, you can visit the available Global Blue refund points (or Global Blue partner refund points) or leave all the stamped forms - including payment details – in the dedicated Global Blue mailback collection boxes.

You can also get an early refund by visiting the available Global Blue refund points or VIP Global Blue lounges. Please note that in this case a credit card is requested as guarantee.

Your tax refund document must include the following:
- Your billing information should include a non-EU address.
- The information on the document must match those the the person that will export the goods.
- The customs' validation of the issued document is mandatory. In case the stamp is not requested before leaving the EU, it will no longer be possible to request a VAT refund.

The item(s) must be unused when leaving the EU.

In case you request online tax refund service, you will not be eligible to request an invoice or an exchange.
