You can return items purchased online to any of our Boutiques. Our Client Advisors, after having verified that the items meet the return requirements, will complete the procedure for you.
Pick-up In-Store
When you place your order online, you can choose the preferred location and pick-up time together with one of our Client Advisors.

You are in a Moncler boutique and you can’t find the item you wanted? The size or colour you are looking for is no longer available? Check if it’s available on moncler.com with the help of our Client Advisors, who will assist you in searching for the item and completing your purchase.
Click and Reserve
Check if the item you’re looking for is available in a Moncler Boutique, and reserve it for our try-on in-store service. Our Client Advisors will contact you to confirm if the item is currently in stock and reserve it for you for a limited period of time.
Exchange In-Store
You can exchange items purchased online at any of our stores, where a Client Advisor, after having checked the quality of the items returned, will show you other options available in terms of style, colour or size, and will exchange the items.
Distance Sale
Our Client Advisors can help you purchase your favourite by sending you just a payment link. After completing the payment your products will be directly sent to your address or favourite boutique.
