Our client advisors are ready to assist with exchanges online or in our boutique. Please ensure that your item is exchanged within the country of purchase and that it complies with our exchange policy.

Exchange in boutique

To exchange your order in one of our Boutiques, simply visit our locator page to find a suitable store that offers our exchange and refund service. Once selected, please bring your receipt with your item. You may exchange for a different size or color, or for a different item.

  1. STEP 01 FILL-IN FORM

    If you wish to exchange an item, please log in and follow the instructions in your account, or you can exchange using our exchange form.

  2. STEP 02 CHOOSE A NEW ITEM

    Choose the item you want to return and select a reason why. Next, you can add the new product you would like to exchange it for.

  3. STEP 03 ARRANGE THE RETURN

    Use the prepaid UPS returns label included with your delivery. If you have misplaced this label, please contact our client services team to receive another one

  4. STEP 04 CONFIRMATION

    Your new item will be shipped once the return has been received and accepted at our Distribution Centre.
