Our client advisors are ready to assist with returns online or in our boutique. Please ensure that your item is returned within the country of purchase and that it complies with our returns policy.

Return in Boutique

To exchange your order in one of our Boutiques, simply visit our locator page to find a suitable store that offers our exchange and refund service. Once selected, please bring your receipt with your item. You may exchange for a different size or color, or for a different item.

  1. STEP 01 FILL IN THE FORM

    If you have an account with us, login and follow the instructions under Returns. If you’d like to proceed without an account, please fill in our online Return Form.

  2. STEP 02 LOCATE YOUR RETURNS LABEL

    Use the pre-paid UPS returns label included with your delivery. If you have misplaced this label, please contact our client services team to receive another one.

  3. step 03 PACKAGE AND DROP OFF

    Package your return and secure the label. Contact UPS to arrange a collection or leave the parcel at a designated drop-off location. We ask that you keep your proof of delivery safe.

  4. step 04 Confirmation

    We’ll send you an email once we have received your return and all requirements are met. You should receive the funds within 14 calendar days of our email.
