Moncler has decided to consolidate its presence in the City of Angels with the opening of a new store at 328 North Rodeo Drive: a new boutique that extends over two levels with a total area of over 375 square meters.
The opening took place over the weekend with a private party where the brand for the occasion has decided to collaborate with the artist Steven Harrington for the creation of a limited-edition of the now famous Moncler Puppet in three different colors and from today August 2 is officially open to the public. An event where the artist has made a real take-over of the store with its iconic characters in an evening full of personalities and friends of the brand as Kerwin Frost, Shaun White, Presley Walker, Kiernan Shipka, Bella Poarch to name a few ... all accompanied by background music by DJ Amrit Sidhu.
The exterior and interior of the boutique are in synergy with each other: a meeting of Moncler's heritage - inspired by the mountains - and the bright aesthetics of Los Angeles. Pine wood, ivory-colored Italian Travertine stone and gray "Ceppo di Gré" stone are paired with black mirrors and metals to give the boutique a fresh, contemporary finish.
The centerpiece of the new space is an impressive central staircase, connecting the two floors almost like a ribbon, with a sinuous helical shape in concrete and stone. While the ground floor features a wide selection of Moncler collections, the second level is dedicated to a more personal shopping experience, with areas designed for private appointments and an outdoor rooftop space that welcomes guests for special in-store events.
