When you place your order online, you can choose the preferred location and pick-up time together with one of our Client Advisors.
Check if the item you’re looking for is available in a Moncler Boutique, and reserve it for our try-on in-store service. Our Client Advisors will contact you to confirm if the item is currently in stock and reserve it for you for a limited period of time.
You can exchange items purchased online at any of our stores, where a Client Advisor, after having checked the quality of the items returned, will show you other options available in terms of style, colour or size, and will exchange the items.
