Group Structure
The Consolidated Financial Statements of the Moncler Group (âGroupâ) at 31 December 2024 include Moncler S.p.A. (âMonclerâ or âParent Companyâ), Industries S.p.A., Sportswear Company S.p.A. (sub-holding companies directly controlled by Moncler S.p.A.), and 50 consolidated subsidiaries in which the Parent Company holds indirectly a majority of the voting rights, or over which it exercises control, or from which it is able to derive benefits through its power to govern both its financial and operating policies. The affiliated companies ALS Luxury Logistic S.r.l. and Star Color S.r.l., owned at 30% and 24% respectively, are not consolidated and are accounted for using the equity method.
