Our Client Advisors are pleased to assist with returns, in accordance with our policy and within the country of purchase.

Exchange online

Returns must be made within 7 days of the delivery date, while exchanges can be requested within 14. For further information, please consult our Policy.

Start an Exchange

Step 01
Fill-in Form
If you wish to exchange an item, please log in and follow the instructions in your account, or you can exchange using our exchange form.
Step 02
Choose a New Item
Choose the item you want to return and select a reason why. Next, you can add the new product you would like to exchange it for.
Step 03
Arrange the Return
Use the prepaid llyang Logistics returns label included with your delivery. If you have misplaced this label, please contact our client services team to receive another one
Step 04
Confirmation
Your new item will be shipped once the return has been received and accepted at our Distribution Centre.
